NATIONAL EXPERT NETWORK

Deep Domain Expertise On Demand

A Curated National Panel of Senior Practitioners, Introduced Selectively, Without the Overhead of a Traditional Consulting Firm.

The 214ID National Expert Network is a curated panel of senior practitioners across AI and machine learning, defense technologies, robotics and autonomy, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, applied research, and university research administration. Network members are not consultants in search of work. They are senior operators with durable credentials, introduced selectively into engagements where their specific depth strengthens the advisory work.

The network is the mechanism that allows 214ID to provide the depth of a much larger firm without the overhead, staffing pyramid, or coordination cost that typically comes with it.

What the Network Provides

Technical Domain Depth Senior practitioners in AI/ML, defense systems, robotics, autonomy, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, and materials, with operating experience, not only subject matter familiarity.

Research and University Expertise Former research executives, technology transfer leaders, and sponsored research administrators with firsthand experience navigating university institutional frameworks, IP structures, and Federal compliance requirements.

Federal Program and Acquisition Knowledge Practitioners with direct experience in DOD, DOE, DARPA, NASA, NIH, and NSF programs, across acquisition, program management, OTA structures, and Federal research networks.

Independent Governance Capability Experienced independent directors and advisory board members who can be introduced to a client's board or advisory board for defined terms where specific domain expertise is required.

How Clients Access the Network

Clients do not navigate the network independently. When an engagement requires specific technical, governance, or regulatory depth, 214ID identifies the right network member, structures the scope, and introduces the expert into the engagement. The client works with 214ID as the single point of accountability. For clients requiring sustained access, such as an advisory board, a standing review panel, or a diligence roster, 214ID assembles and manages the panel directly.

Joining the Network

Senior practitioners with relevant expertise and interest in advisory, board, or Federal proposal work are welcome to apply. 214ID reviews background, domain depth, and conflict landscape, and affiliates qualified members for engagement on a project basis as opportunities arise.
